Was told that her kinked tail is due to an injury, and does not affect her ability to lay fertile, properly calcified eggs (not due to a Ca deficiency, MBD, or dehydration). If you were to have her drop her tail, it would grow back straight - I just can't bring myself to doing that.
Has laid 4 fertile eggs so far this season. Our breeding season starts late up here in New England because it's still so cold until about June.
