Inquiry - danssnakes - Daniel Little - Paul Little

Has anyone done business with danssnakes? Anyone know Daniel or Paul Little? I have beed negotiating a trade and have some questions that need to be answered. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

While the majority of the threads are a few years old, there seems to be alot of spots on that leopard!

I did a search but didn't come up with all that info. I must need search lessons. Thank You so much!!! Dodged a bullet with that one!!!! I will post my dealings with him tonight. Something just didn't sit well with me about him I'm glad I asked for references. Will post emails etc soon. Everyone watch out he is posting for trades and wants you to ship first!!!!!!!!!!

Well I will start by saying I read this ad and thought it stunk from the first read. It just didn't make sense to me. Here is the ad:

First his user name id danssnakes and has his name listed as Paul Little. That seemed a little "funny" to me. Then why would you trade a snake for another snake half its value. So I thought I would contact him and see if this was truly a scam. I will try to copy the emails in order below.

here are the pics the top left and the bottom right are the ones for trade.

here is another pic of the cinnamon..let me know what you want to do i have several guys interested in them and i talked to you first I'm not gonna just forget about you. Let me know i like the albino too but cinnamons are worth so much more than albinos..i would be taking a loss but i need one bad so if you want to do a trade as far as i go i will. Do you have any references? I am hesistant to ship first when I dont know the person and I can't find any mention of you on the BOI and you don't have any trader ratings on Fauna. I have both trader ratings and a Good Guy post on the BOI plus plenty of references. I will link those below for you to read. I am certified to ship FedEx. Let me know what you think.

OK, then I didn't hear back from him right away and logged onto Fauna to find the following ads posted 3 hours after sending him the request for a reference:

Now it has been over a day since he was supposed to call me when he got home. I knew this was a bunch of BS when he didn't provide references. Now I looked a little closer at the pics and I don't think they are the same snake. Does anyone recognize these pics? I will attach them to this post. I hope all the emails copied right I am having a problem getting copied with headers. I can forward copies to someone if I need to.

Man this sucks to hear. I think this is the guy who came to my house and picked up a large burm I was giving away. At the time, he and his girlfriend (Jari Hayes?) struck me as shady people. Fortunately, no money nor shipping was involved in the deal. I've seen negative threads about him before, but I hate to see that he's still operating his scams. It really gives the already low number of us herpers in Arkansas a black eye, especially those of us working with ball morphs. Hopefully he'll be nailed one of these days.

Well the ad on Ks says "Dan and Mary" at the bottom. Could be them.

hello, i TRIED to work a trade with him too. I offered him my 2 snake and cash for his. He came back and said he would trade straight up with me. He wanted to trade an 05 FEMALE Albino boa for a my NORMAL female ball and female blood. He wanted me to ship first. He gave me an address BUT would not give me a phone number to call him. He did call me but the number showed to be "restricted" on the caller ID.

I'd bet a sunglow that the BP in his (assumming it's his hand and not yours) hand is not either one of the two in the tub. Not even close. Not one marking, stripe, or "lack of" matches up.

So, when you were dealing with him, were they the same as that KS ad? Cini 100% het albino? Or did they just "become" that way over there? Kinda curious. 5k I believe would be felonious in most states.

Here is the EXIF info for the 2 pics. The one on left is for the group pic. Notice the dates taken and the camera used along with the photo editing software. Someone with a Canon 20d is not going to use a Sony point and shoot camera to also take pics.

Yeah Rick I tried to match up patterns on either snake and can't find any that match either. I know for a fact he was here reading this thread and didn't respond, but I did receive another email from him.

As shown above, I gave him links to my trader ratings and my BOI thread. Plus I already sent him my phone number and he asks for it to call me in this email. Plus the fact that he blames the past stuff on his brother.

Also Rick, I found the het albino ad on Ks when I was researching cinnamon prices.

The original ad for the cinnys made no mention of them being het for anything, and the price was $1500 (or trade for an albino or something else)....then the same animals (or at least the same pics) showed up on KS as het albino for 5K.

Maybe he just "forgot" they were hets when he posted the first ad....heh.

Yeah, that's what I figured. He must of forgotten they were hets.
