    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I feel your pain Paul.I was banned from ks myself.An my money was taken.But the question is what can we do about? Don't get me wrong here ks ios the best site for seling your animals for sure.Its just there TOS is crazy.An coustomer service is an F.I understand they are trying to get the scammers bit they can do it in a better way.An they need to update there site.Look how many ads are on ks an don't have pics because the pics have to be so dam small.I hope you get your money back bro

Masking profanity is not allowed. You'd know that if you took time to read the TOS and rules to posting when you joined here. Just like we all wouldn't be suffering through your bellyaching and whining had you read the TOS on KS before you decided to do whatever you felt like doing.

Paul. the folks that are posting here have been members here for a bit and you are new to fauna. I would suggest going to the welcome room and introduce yourself. Instead of playing games with some of the members here, why not advertise your animals here and show some pictures of them in the boa forum.

I am from your neck of the woods, I was the President of SCHA for 3 years. We met in Long Beach on the second Monday of every month and I don't recall ever meeting you?

I will not debate the issue of Doug and KS.

Do how about it Paul? Post up some pix of those gems of yours in the boa fourm here??? Please? Pretty please???
 
report them to the federial trade commission i spoke to them and they say if enough people complained about kingsnake they would do something about it. if no one does any thing about it then kingsnake will keep doing what it always does.
 
I enjoy reading some of the BOI threads and seeing problems getting fixed along with all the petty BS that accures here at times. I won't read 38 pages of people wining about KS. The fact is that for the most part KS does a good job of offering a venue for selling animals. I believe Fauna is a superior site for information and an occassional "CAT FIGHT". KS is the EBAY of the reptile world. If you don't like KS don't use them. If you broke their TOS O'well , the same applies here. If KS had a rating system like EBAY that would cure some of their problems and the risk of buying animals and the same for here. Short sweet and to the point. You have to dig through the sillyness to find the truth sometimes on Fauna.

Like I said in an earlier post, Kingsnake definitely has certain policies that i do not necessarily agree with. Most of those relate more to their forums than their classified accounts though. In the multiple threads that have been started on this topic over the years, i am unaware of a single one that when the details of the reasons the classified account was pulled came to light, it wasn't identifiable as a direct violation of their plainly posted TOS. The vast majority were the result of emails like the one the OP finally posted.
 
Websites kick people off all the time. Sometimes its fair and sometimes its not fair. If you get kicked off you should get your unused money back. It could be a small claims case.
 
Well, I am probably lucky that I have not been banned over the years.

If you are going to be on Kingsnake, be sure that you are " Politically Correct. "

They have their rules and " such is life " and you can either play by their rules or stay off.

Contrary to popular belief; " I have no problem with rules, as long as everyone is subject to the same rules as everyone else. "

On another note; " Glad you have returned to the Hobby! "

It has changed allot for better and worse.

For better, as we have allot of new and very enthusiastic people that are trying to learn all that they can on the care and propogation of Reptiles.

For worse, as we have more and more people; " more people, mean more problems. "

There is a tremendous amount of " Ass Kissing " and " Ego Stroking " that goes on for sure and it simply makes me laugh and reminds me of the Old HighSchool days of the " Coxman Attitude " and everyone wanting to hang out with who is popular at the time and the reality is; " most on the forums these days have still not been out of Highschool long and some of the others, need to realize that they have been out, WAY TOO LONG! "

Same here... i did nothing wrong... i even reposted the same thing over and over again with a note asking IF THIS IS A PROFFESIONAL SITE SOMEONE CAN AT LEAST TELL ME WHY I AM BEING DELETED SO WE CAN ALL STOP WASTING OUR TIME ON THIS POST... I posted this same thing with the post in question over 100 times... BEGGING THEM TO TELL ME WHY, and never once did they explain or answer my question.. just deleted it everytime... well over 100 times... now wouldnt it have been easier to just say this is not aloud or please change that? but nooooo, just delete it over and over and over... i mean i posted it at least 100 times a day over and over again asking for an explanation as to why its being deleted, and NOTHING, just deleted again and again... They are really a no class site, with no proffesionalism whatsoever

Well DUH genius. You are supposed to EMAIL the site coordinator (PHGinger I think) and ask that way. They DO NOT discuss people's accounts in public on the forums and they will not let others do it either - it all gets pulled. Posting over and over and over asking why your posts are being pulled wasn't going to do a damn thing to solve your problem because you weren't even trying to follow the rules for contacting them about TOS related issues - you were just breaking even more rules.

So.....you're an idiot? You undoubtedly had the wrong Email address on your account. They automatically send out a notification whenever they pull an ad. You solution to not receiving a notification was to "professionally" keep posting the same objectionable ad 100's of times?

I can't even come up with a suitable number of adjectives to convey how stupid your entire post was.
