I am sorry to hear about your troubles but would like to offer this bit of advice. You stated that this is your first time using these forums to purchase an animal. While I could see that this could be a potential "turn off" to the site, I would encourage you to not to write this community off. Lots of caring individuals here and a real sense of community. While there are some bad apples, many positive influences also exist.

I hope this is resolved quickly for you.
