My male raptor, Psycho Weanie, did the same thing -- chomped on my thumb and shook his head from side to side, broke the skin twice. I wasn't expecting it since he's the biggest wimp there ever was (afraid of shadows, plants, all prey items, etc.) -- I though if I got tagged it would be the female raptor, Shark, who tears through 2.5" superworms like a Great White going through a ball of sardines. But she happily hops into my hands -- go figure!
