Hey tom, thats a lot of ball pythons for me. I wish I had that many. I only have 6 ball pythons, and 8 boa's. I live in a apartment, and have lots of room for more ball pythons, but as for now, I'm limited due to my other half...lol.
But we are collecting more and breeding to make our own ball pythons. I'm keeping the 6 ball pythons, and breed there litters together and make my own collection from there. So I don't need to keep buying unknown animals. Every now and then I will buy a new ball. But more boa's though.
Hey thomas, do you handle each critter? So that when you decide to sell them, someone will know that they are docile.

Hehe, my better half likes snakes! I was quite happy to find that out lol. Not as much as me, but hey, it's better than the typical "Oh My God. What Is That?"

I do handle them. Some of them will probally never calm down. I will spend more time with the babies than I will the adult as far as handling goes.

I do not want to rush things as far as breeding goes. I am excited about what I can produce and what I will be able to get once I produce some mojaves. But If i wake up and decide I hate keeping snakes or I am not enjoying then I will cut back on how many I keep or sale them all. I do not see this coming anythime soon. I have been keeping snakes since 94. I love it more today than I did back then.

It gets better and better for me. Every time I add a snake, it seems like I dedicate another chunk of my day to maintenance, but, racks are a very big time saver. I couldnt imagine cleaning aquariums. But, it is fun for me, I check in on the every day, make sure they have water, and I usually pull them out too. If they stop eating, I stop handling them until they are on a schedule again, but nothing seems bothered by my handling.
