I was reading this before afraid to comment, I feared that this would happen.

So sorry to hear this Bonnie, but you did all you could and she will not suffer anymore

Thanks for the kind words. I am very upset that Nana is gone, but I'm also glad that she doesn't have to go through all those needles and surgery, because she died from a liver problem, so there is no cure. The vet told us her liver is very swollen and yellow, and when he put it in a container (with fluid in it), rather than sink to the bottom, it floated to the top. That's very unusual. Any idea what will cause a liver to float?

I have asked a lot of questions about Nana in the past, and can't remember if I have posted any proper pictures of her, so I'd like everyone to know how cute a girl she was:







I don't have much daylight pics of her, she seldom comes out during daytime. I'm also glad that I managed to tell her I love her before I saw her for the last time.

Dont worry Bonnie now she has an endless supply of waxworms that cant harm her, even if she overdoes it, and she will always be happy she had you
