So, Neil when you *told* me (with 2 other people standing there) that you didn't file a police report on the last robbery that we were ALL imagining that? This time you HAD to file a report because of the alarm going off since the police department automatically responded to it. As far as them not dusting for fingerprints, it was because YOU told them not to because it would have made too much of a mess and that you didn't want the snakes breathing it in. I'll tell you one thing...with all what information I do know, it won't be you I'll be talking to. Send over the officer you're dealing with and I'll be more than happy to talk to him.
As far as me having any animosity toward you - that's not necessarily the case. I just can't stand the way you deceive everyone to make them think that you are such a victim and that you are such a great guy, when all you are about is yourself and the all-mighty $$$. The only reason you do well at your internet sales is because the majority of those people don't actually KNOW you. The only reason that you do decent at The Snake Pit is because you have a great manager. I can't begin to tell you how many times I have been in your store and have heard people complain that they won't even stop if they see your car there.
What all you have done for me??? Boy I must have missed something. You wouldn't do anything for anyone that didn't benefit you in some way or at least make money off of them.
I find it quite difficult to believe that you were SO mixed up that you had "mistaken" a snake that has been dead for AT LEAST 4-5 days.

All I can say is WOW!

if you are not a police officer OR involved in the case, why are you keeping in contact with the police regarding the details of this case?  And why are they contacting YOU?!  Are you a witness to the robbery?  Were you involved?  Do you know who was?  Are you implying that Neil is faking this whole thing?
From what I see here, you are obviously pissed at Neil over something since you are implying that he is lying about the details of the robbery.  And the boa that died, please, if you just got robbed of several high dollar animals, and you are stressed out over it and notice another one missing, you might forget it momentarily.  And Neil came back and admitted that the snake DID die and he made a mistake.  What is the big deal?

I just find it so odd that you are here so vehemently attacking him and his personality(people won't stop in front of the store when he is there, good imbelishment).  So very very odd...

Julie...why are you saying those things?? What did I ever do to you? Besides starting you off in this business, buying you gold charms when I was on vacation, buying you sweatshirts and loaning you and Lyman close to TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS for snakes you couldn't pay for all at once?<img src="http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='???'> And I suppose that LARGE CAGE that I got for you means nothing either? How bout the TWO 40-gallon breeder tanks, the 30-gallon tank, and the two wrought iron stands I gave you which I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN BACK!! Now, I suppose you're going to tell me that it's all on Lyman?? ALL of that is nothing??
After ALL THAT, you won't tell me who burglarized me??? The officer's name is N. Heron. And YES! I am VERY frustrated with the cops! They couldn't care less...no matter WHAT they say!

I told the cops that if they wanted to dust, they would have to take the cages outside so the dust doesn't affect my animals...if you come in this store...I will SHOW YOU every police report from ALL FOUR burglaries!! And if I was THAT into money...there is NO WAY that I would donate animals to others when they have problems...I would NEVER loan money to ANYONE, and I would NEVER give deals if anybody asked for one!
Why are you being so mean to me??? I've never done one thing wrong to you...EVER!! OK, so I made a mistake and bought you an extra large sweatshirt instead of a small...I thought you liked oversized shirts?? But, I've already explained that to you!
Jule...you do what you want...but, I KNOW what I've done for YOU and LYMAN and DAVE!! I think what you're saying is really meant to HURT me, for some reason...and I just can't figure out why! Of course...if you had the guts...you'd call me personally and discuss this...maybe then, I'd be able to figure out why you're trying to ruin me with words...Neil

Hey Neil, I am really sorry to hear about your tragedy. &nbsp; After reading this thread something occurred to me. I may be way out of line as I don't know how many employees, etc. you employ but this sounds like this could be an "inside job." &nbsp;I am by no means insinuating you but anyone with regular access to your business could figure a way to gain entry. &nbsp; If they are not an employee, my guess would be that they have been in your store many times "casing" because they knew what they were looking for and where it was so they could grab it all quick enough to get in and out. &nbsp; From what I have read from your posts you sound like a nice guy, possibly too nice. &nbsp;I hate to say it but look close to you. &nbsp;I have been taken by people I considered close friends. &nbsp;Money and jealousy can turn many people weird!

Folks...as far as an "inside job" goes...Angie has been my ONLY EMPLOYEE for 2-1/2 YEARS now! I would trust her with MY LIFE!! She is the most HONEST person you will EVER meet! She actually calls me at home to ask if she can take 25 crickets home with her...and THEN tells me that she put the $1.50 in the drawer!!!
If she wanted ANY of the animals that were stolen....ALL she'd have to do is ASK ME and I would probably give it to her! THAT's how much I care for her! So, folks....don't even give the "inside job" theory ANY credence! It doesn't even stand up to the LAUGH TEST!....Neil

Neil,

I know you sent me an email yesterday asking me what I was going to do about the James Thornton issue, and my comment back to you was 'Nothing at all." &nbsp; But after this, I think I will take a different tact.

I'm now getting some income back from this site from the banner advertisements, so the very first thing I am going to do is to pay off Thomas Crowley and get a copy of the file he has has created investigating the breakin you had back in December. &nbsp; He implied to me, when I met him at the Tampa show, that he was pretty certain he knew whom did the breaking, but I guess since he had not been paid for his work, he was not going to divulge that information beforehand.

So, once I get him paid off and get a copy of that file, I will publish his notes and conclusions on the BOI for people to make their own conclusions from what he found. &nbsp; After all, I think it is a very good likelihood that whomever did the breakin back in December was very probably involved in this latest one as well. &nbsp; So his notes will probably be invaluable in helping to solve this latest crime.

I'll let you know as soon as I hear back from Mr. Crowley about this.

Hang in there, dude!

Neil.....you are so bad that she can't stop visiting your store
Neil...you are so bad that a majority of the people who visit your store come here with praises.

when and if I ever get my own establishment.....I wish to be so "bad" that people will keep coming back for more

GOD IT REALLY PISSES ME OFF!!! First that someone would do this to Neil again, and second that this Bitch would come on here and start slamming Neil when is down. &nbsp;Seems to me that she knows a little to much information about this and the other burgularies and should be looked into as a SUSPECT!!! &nbsp; If this is the same person that opened her store down the street from neil, I must say I visited her establishment last year and was very dissapointed. &nbsp; He animals were alright but the cages were not clean, and the main worst part was thie DISCUSTING Insence that she had burning throughout the store. &nbsp;Talk about bad for the animals never mind the customers. &nbsp; My wife, Daughter and myself had to leave as the smell was terrible. &nbsp;Neil I would contact the det. and off. on your case and give them her information and make sure that she is looked into like a criminal should be looked. at. &nbsp;I have met Angie and I agree with neil she is an awesome person. &nbsp; When she came to my table at the Tampa show to pick up some of Neils snakes she asked me all kinds of questions on the one snake in particular. &nbsp; She siad she wanted to purchase it but could not afford neils price. &nbsp; When I old her to talk to him about it, I beleive he either gave it to her or sold it to her at his cost. &nbsp; It sure makes this buisness and hobby look bad when you have people breaking into a man's business who is great in this biz and hobby and then have some looser come onto this forum and start slashing and bashing him. &nbsp; To be honest I think she might be trying to make Neil look like he is responsible to pass the light off her. &nbsp;Just my 2 cents worth, but it sures seems fishy to me.
