Hello!
Either you have not registered on this site yet, or you are registered but have not logged in. In either case, you will not be able to use the full functionality of this site until you have registered, and then logged in after your registration has been approved.
Registration is FREE, so please register so you can participate instead of remaining a lurker....
Please note that the information requested during registration will be used to determine your legitimacy as a participant of this site. As such, any information you provide that is determined to be false, inaccurate, misleading, or highly suspicious will result in your registration being rejected. This is designed to try to discourage as much as possible those spammers and scammers that tend to plague sites of this nature, to the detriment of all the legitimate members trying to enjoy the features this site provides for them.
Of particular importance is the REQUIREMENT that you provide your REAL full name upon registering. Sorry, but this is not like other sites where anonymity is more the rule.
Also your TRUE location is important. If the location you enter in your profile field does not match the location of your registration IP address, then your registration will be rejected. As such, I strongly urge registrants to avoid using a VPN service to register, as they are often used by spammers and scammers, and as such will be blocked when discovered when auditing new registrations.
Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

General BS forum I guess anything is fair game in here. Just watch the subject matter doesn't get carried away too much. |

seriously? I never expected anything from anybody. It was simply a request. I politely asked if it could be removed, and got a rude message back, which was well after I posted trying to handle it myself and mentioned said request. I only mentioned it here so people would know that I felt bad about the post and wished I could have removed or edited it. It wasn't said to reflect badly on you. I know your busy, as the owner of the site, and I only messaged you about it because you were the only mod online at the time.

So this reply from me is what you consider as being rude?

However, if you were a paying member, you would be able to edit your own posts in most forums on this site. The only exception that I recall would be the Board of Inquiry forums.

I really dont think it was fair to call me out like that right back in the very thread I was asking for help with. Especially sense I was nothing but polite to you. It would have been better to just leave it all alone. Right back where I started now. I guess I make a better lurker than poster.

Listen up, fella. YOU called ME out inferring that you contacted me but I just ignored your contact. So here's a clue for you: Don't take a slap at someone else unless you can take a slap in return. Especially when you are walking on that "someone else's" own home turf.
And quite frankly, my dear, I don't give a crap about your anxiety issues when you caused this all yourself.

This appears to be going nowhere fast, so this will probably be my last response. I've tried to keep myself from being the star of this thread. The opposite has happened and this is pretty much the worse case scenario. Now arguing with the site owner for all to see. wonderful. I was not trying to infer that I was ignored. If it read that way, it was not my intention. I stated my reason for mentioning that I pmed a mod already, and I didn't even say what mod or when, so I dont really understand why you took it so personally.
"I only mentioned it here so people would know that I felt bad about the post and wished I could have removed or edited it. It wasn't said to reflect badly on you."
I guess I'm done here. My intentions were not malicious, but at this point anything I say seems to just be making things worse.
I'm sorry to anyone and everyone who I've offended. I guess I just don't fit in around here. Take care.

Okay now. Lets not start a pity party.
No one ever meant to hurt anyone's feelings.
Rich was pointing out he didn't ignore you. You got a little upset and over reacted which is human.
Sometimes the best thing to say is simply "I'm sorry".
No one is trying to kick you off the boards. However, these boards-and the privileges granted in them-belong to Rich. It's never a good idea to poke him with a stick. You can respectfully disagree, that's allowed here, but disrespect? Not so much.
So take this little faux pas and add it to your experience bag, but don't dwell on it. Respect given here will earn you respect.

Just start over Jayson. Not a big deal. Soon as something shiny or edible shows up it will be forgotten. Most of us have short attention spans.
