Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

a buddy of mine who is vegetarian set his guidelines as "I will not eat anything that has a face." Being the troublemaker that I am sometimes, I asked if clams or oysters counted, after all, they do not have faces...
He got a laugh out of it and said evolution would eventually give them faces.
I have MANY friends that are either vegetarian or vegan. I have no problems with anyone eating whatever they want. I love when they joke about how bad it is to kill an animal and eat it, then I joke back about them eating the plants that convert CO2 to oxygen that keeps us alive!
Eat, drink and be merry! Do so in moderation, and don't worry about what your friends, neighbors or strangers consume if they are honest, mature, responsible, worthy of your respect and have a healthy sense of humor
