New Mexican Rosy locales with no hobby history

Very recently, two novel locales of Mexican rosy boas -- Ojos Negros and San Telmo -- have appeared in a captive collection. This captive collection is that of a convicted reptile smuggler. Legal export from Mexico ended by 1990, at least 32 years ago. There is no apparent public mention on the web or in print of the captive existence of these locales.

The alleged source of the lines are 'zoo stock, from confiscated animals released by USFWS', which could be and is claimed (always without evidence) of literally any species in captivity.

The owner has so far refused to publicly discuss the details of the history of the locales, in spite of the claim that they're F2 and thus have a short and easy to describe history.

So this thread has two purposes: one, to solicit documented evidence of the captive history of these two rosy boa locales (whether paperwork from the original alleged release, which is a long shot, or even credible statements by the zoo curator involved with the lines), and two, to inform prospective buyers that the most plausible explanation of novel Mexican lines showing up in US captive collections after 30 years is that they were relatively recently trafficked.
