All shipments are shipped via FedEx overnight priority for a flat rate of $45. All boxes are sent signature required. We guarantee live arrival on home delivery between 40-90 degrees. When delivery temps are out side of these, we will work towards a solution and will likely have your box held at a FedEx hub. This will be resolved on a case by case basis. If a customer is not home when a delivery attempt is made our terms of service is void. We are not responsible for carrier delays. All Dead on Arrival (DOA) claims must be made within four hours of receiving the boxes. A picture will be requested.
