Hello All,
With a heavy heart, I am trying to find a good new home for my 3 snakes. I have these snakes for 4 to 5 years now, and I wish circumstances were different.
I am moving to a location that absolutely will not accept reptiles, and after weighing the options, I have decided that trying to find a new home for them would be best.
I have a male
ball python, a male western hognose (already re-homed), and a female (?) blood python. This listing is for the blood python
I am located in Tiverton, RI, and will not ship. I could meet up anywhere in RI, or in MA anywhere East of Worcester and South of Boston.
Mars is a ~4 year old normal blood python.
I am unsure of her actual gender, I just picked one and stuck with it.
She is almost definitely stunted, I had a really hard time getting her to eat for almost the whole 2 first years of her life, I definitely bit off more than I could chew with her. At one point, she was so skinny and lethargic I wasn't sure she would make it.
She finally learned how to eat, and has really bounced back in a huge way. She's a sweetheart and is quite mellow tempered, but is extremely alert and lively. I think she still may be somewhat underweight, but she eats (frozen-thawed) whenever food is presented.
I would not ask any money for her, I am simply looking to find a new home, and making this as easy as possible with really relieve a lot of stress.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you.
I have a
3-tall Animal Plastics rack with individual thermostats and heat-tape that I would be willing to also give for free if someone were to take the remaining 2 snakes.
