Also your TRUE location is important. If the location you enter in your profile field does not match the location of your registration IP address, then your registration will be rejected. As such, I strongly urge registrants to avoid using a VPN service to register, as they are often used by spammers and scammers, and as such will be blocked when discovered when auditing new registrations.
Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

Are you out in the boonies? Sometimes their overnight service with delivery by 10:30 is conditional based on where exactly you live.
If your seller packaged them well, they should be just fine.

I agree with the previous statement that the only time you will see an end of day delivery is if you are in a rural area.
Luckily the leos like it a bit warmer than some of the other reptiles. Good luck.
Might just want to remember for any future shipments. Can be bad if it is too hot or too cold for an end of day delivery like that.

Is the seller aware that it's 103 degrees over there? Personally, I wouldn't ship any of my animals in weather over 95 degrees or below 35 degrees. JMO
I hope your animals make it safely. As others have stated, if they are packaged properly, they should be fine.

From what I can tell from their site, UPS does not offer 10:30am delivery to your area but does offer noon delivery. Sounds like they were sent Next Day Air Saver which is only by end of day.

Uh oh.
Okay here's what you do.
Take pictures of the dead animals immediately. Contact the seller immediately. Inform him/her as to what happened, and send the pictures that prove it.
Were the geckos sent next day, or next day air saver? There is a huge difference. If they were sent next day, and they were in fact supposed to arrive before 10:30, then you have an issue with UPS. If the geckos were sent next day SAVER, then you have an issue with the seller.
The heat probably did them in. Like I said, I will not ship in severe weather. What a trajety. I hope you can work this out with the appropriate party.
Find out what your seller's policies are as far as DOA, and MAKE SURE YOU HAVE PROOF! Take pictures!
