Have you tried tong feeding the superworms? That works wonders when trying to switch them over. Another thing you can do if that does not work is offer a live pinky mouse on tongs, if they eat the pink then at the next feeding offer a superworm on the tongs. This usually works if they do not take the superworm off the tongs right away.
I actually tong feed most of my geckos. I know, I know, "it's so bad for them, so unnatural (as if keeping them in small enclosures is natural LOL), it makes them fat, and lazy blah blah blah". Hey, I like to know exactly how many supers each gecko eats and when they refuse food (this usually indicates follicular development).
I would say 90% of my adult leos feed readily on supers. The other 10% eat mealworms. BTW I do offer crickets 2-3 times a month as well.
