Caramel and Coral Glow/Banana

Does anyone know if there are any issues with this combo or if the genes are compatible? I was unable to locate photos of this combo so maybe the visual hasn't been made yet?

I wonder if one would be able to tell the difference easily in the babies or what caramel would do to the color of the coral glow/banana?
Any thoughts?
thanks!

I havent seen any caramel bananas yet either. I do believe someone has produced a ultramel banana & seemed to be no issues. I feel you will be able to see the difference, may kinda have somewhat the same effect the axanthic does to the banana. If you produce any April... please post!! Good luck.

Ooo cool, do you know where there are pics of the ultramel banana? I couldn't find it.

I'm wondering if it would make for a really rich orange or go the opposite and be very pale soft coloration.

Picked up this coral glow, not specifically to plug into my caramel project but he is poss het caramel which is why I started wondering what it would look like.

I have a huge 3000gr Caramel female currently locked with my Banana male this very second. Hopefully I can produce a Banana 100% het. Caramel for a later project. My Banana is a 2 year old small-ish first time breeder and crappy feeder so we'll see what happens. Fingers crossed.

Nice!! Good luck mike. Surprised to hear that your banana is a crappy feeder. So far with my experiences with the gene i have had nothing but ferocious eaters. I had a male & female born in june & they are pushing 800g. Still look healthy tho, not fat & stubby, haha

My thought is the Caramel will enhance the color of the Banana/Coral Glow especially as it matures.
