Het. Pied Genetic Marker

I have heard from a few places that there is a genetic marker on the under side of a 100% het pied. Does anyone know for sure what this looks like and if so PICS would be awesome? Try to show a normal BP and the marker for the hets. THX.

Don't get your hopes up

on there really being a marker. I have a couple normal females with the so called het pied markers. The " markers can show up on any BP without it being het at all.

Some hetero pieds show dark lines at both sides of the belly, particularly towards the posterior third of the body. I've seen those marks in wild caught ball pythons, and in the so-called ringers and partial ringers. From what I have heard, nobody has proven with total certainty that a possible hetero pied with the marker a 100% hetero. But if I would have to pick between one with and one without them I'll choose the former...

Regards.
