Backrubs

After a long day in the garden with achy overworked muscles, a hot bath and a back massage is a really nice thing.
But under separate circumstances, with candlelight, and scented massage oils, backrubs can be some of the most erotic play around.

Well Im a little shelfish, I don't like to give them lol but will take one anytime!

I start at the neck, kneading and rubbing, and work my way down. Neck, shoulders, upper arms, shoulders, all the way down the back, and slowly work back up to the neck.

Hand and foot massages are good to give, too. They seem to really make people feel good.

I find that a nice gentle massage of the back of my neck during a migraine helps to settle the pain. Wish i had someone around to help me out right now......lol, this pain is aweful!

I like to give more than recieve, but both ways are ok. In Canada and certain US cities, there is a place called "Lush". They have many kinds of massage bars and oils. I like to use these things. A good massage is one you pay for or have truly earned.
The best massage is the one for which you owe nothing, yet get everything. {and more}

I love to give them! I massage everyone in the house! The dogs love to get their backs and legs massaged after a good hour of frisby! The chameleons get their feet rubbed, the beardie dragon gets her back rubbed!! LOL Haven't tried the frogs yet I went to a massage class once with a friend and learned some good stuff. The best is for allergies and headaches, to rub the face, push down on the cheek bones and jaw bones. I love to get massages as well, BUT, I'm very tender and they tend to hurt too much sometimes!! When my mom came to visit me once, we went to a spa and had full body massages. My mom came out feeling like a million bucks, I came out feeling like I had just been ran over by a herd of cows! I was sore for DAYS!! LOL. I think that "touching" can be just as relaxing as a massage, if you do it right. The energy you can feel can be beyond belief!!
