Help! I need advice.

I have a het pied ball python. She is female. Less than a year old. I have recently noticed spots on her body where it almost looks like she has liquid under her skin. She is active and does eat but these bubbles of liquid freak me out. What is it? and What do I do?

Could be blister disease, you'd need to take her to a reptile knowledgable vet. Could be belly rot, blister disease, a burn, some odd infection.. it's nearly impossible to tell without the snake in hand and the knowledge needed about reptiles and their assorted disorders. Also, what the set-up is that you keep her in.

My advice would be to call a herp vet immediately.

I keep her in a 29 gallon with good heat and humidity. The other snake in the enclosure is just fine. I will get her to the vet. Never scene anything like it.

There shouldn't be another snake in the enclosure.

Now, both of them need to see a vet.

As mentioned, these could be water blisters, parasites, or other issues.
