Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

I'm building a cage and was just about to purchase a Pro Products Radiant Heat Panel when I came across this page from Pro Exotics.
Now I'm a bit hesitant. I know they're guaranteed, but returning a product is always a hassle. And returning a product that you count on as a heat source would be even more of a hassle.
Does anyone else use these? How do they work for you? Have they been reliable?
