Adult PROVEN BREEDER Indian Stars

Recent changes in my schedule force me to move a significant portion of my collection starting with my remaining pair of Mainland Indian stars. These are beautiful adults with the female measuring 7 1/2 inches SCL and weighing 1300 grams. The male measures 5 1/2 inches and is around 600 grams. I have had all of these animals in my collection for at least 2 years. The female has produced fertile eggs for the past 2 seasons. The male is an aggressive/experience breeder. I offer these for sale with great reluctance given the time of year. I have palpated eggs in the female and given her history it will only be 2-4 more weeks until she starts laying. For some strange reason I am unable to upload pictures onto my photo album but I have many that I can email to interested parties. The price is $2750 for the pair. This price may seem steep initially but they will likely return their price in a single season. These are beautiful, healthy and flawless animals and you couldn't pick 2 better tortoises to start a mainland group with.
