** We ask that if a package is broken or damaged you inform USPS, UPS, or any freight company we use and call or e-mail us within 24 hours. We will need pictures and proof of damaged item. NO PROOF NO WARRANTY. Return Shipping is paid at the expense of the buyer. We do not expect you to return broken glass aquariums; however we do need several pictures of the broken item. After we receive the pictures, we will make a claim with the carrier. Note that it takes 21-30 days for the money to be refunded to us, and once we receive the check we will refund you right away. NO MONEY WILL EXCHANGE HANDS UNTIL WE RECEIVE THE REFUND FROM THE CARRIER. We will assist you as best we can and want you to have a great experience with your purchases.
