Blizzards turning dark?

Heyo, new here...

At a pet store I used to work at, we got in some baby blizzard leopard geckos. They were so pretty I was sure they'd be bought quickly. (I debated getting them myself, but I don't have the money!)

However... months later, they're STILL there, and they've gone from pale pastel to brown. =( Is this normal?

As long as they're not losing weight etc, it's normal.

Blizzards are like "mood" geckos, mine go from a frosty, purplue white, to a grey white, to a dark bruise color.... all in one day!

Oh, they're fat and healthy. Their tank is unfortunately a bit overcrowded. =(

So would dark mean the same thing as it would in like a bearded dragon- that they're stressed or otherwise upset?

lol... yeah... one of mine is pretty constant, and the other female she is housed with is the mood one. I look in the tub sometimes and can't tell them apart, and then look again and its like black and white..

You should buy them and save them from stress!!!!!! These guys are so fun and amazing and pretty low maintenance! Get them you wont be dissapointed but if they are both males then I'd suggest get 1

Blizzards do tend to change color with moods. Some are pale when relaxed and darken up when excited. Some are dark (mine) and lighten up when they're excited. Dark does not mean stressed.
