Also your TRUE location is important. If the location you enter in your profile field does not match the location of your registration IP address, then your registration will be rejected. As such, I strongly urge registrants to avoid using a VPN service to register, as they are often used by spammers and scammers, and as such will be blocked when discovered when auditing new registrations.
Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

Mayor Bloomberg has lost his ever-loving mind!!
NYPD~FDNY FIRE AND EMS OFFICERS ARE NOT INVITED TO THE TENTH ANNIVERSARY CEREMONY OF 9/11. MAYOR BLOOMBERG CLAIMS THERE'S NO ROOM FOR THEM BUT 10 YEARS AGO, THEY WEREN'T INVITED & SHOWED UP AND MADE THE ULTIMATE SACRIFICE FOR US. THIS IS SO WRONG IN SO MANY WAYS MAYOR BLOOMBERG! RE~POST IF YOU AGREE. 1 Voice can be ignored~ but all of our Voices together can't be DENIED!!! RE~POST on FaceBook and MySpace so this hits National NEWS!
The first responders lost more from their "family" than any other state or group!

Well, I have a journalist friend of mine checking into it...since I have no media link.
We'll see what comes of it.
But if it IS true, Bloomberg just kissed his career good-bye in my eyes.
