i’m planning, in the near future (within maybe a couple of years) to breed my african fat tailed gecko as a sort of science project and because lizards are amazing. what i need to know, first, though, is whether or not there are people in maple ridge BC, who are looking to buy pet lizards, because i would not be able to keep all of the babies myself. you’d need to be able to provide a safe and proper home for it, and be prepared to show me what your setup will be like and such. (in time, again, this project won’t happen for a while.) i plan on posting about the whole process on my blog, geckomun.tumblr.com, to sort of document the breeding process. i’m planning on trying to produce some white out x wildtype babies! but we’ll see!
i just want to know if there is a market for fat tails in maple ridge BC or the vancouver area?
if you’re interested in following the project, or have any questions, comment or email me at
andreajsutinen@gmail.com! i just want to know if i’m going to end up stuck with 8 more baby geckos than i can handle : o
mundee says thanks for looking!
