Basically the same. The live rock and the sandbed would be the same. The one I posted the pic of is a bit larger (that is a 55 gallon tank) and it has live corals and a derasa clam so it includes specialized lighting and not the basic strip light that I mentioned for you to use.
The pic is of a cleaner shrimp. You could add one to your tank without any worries. Just make sure it is added after the cycling is finished. Shrimp are pretty hardy once settled in but they cannot handle a tank that isn't established.
The inverts you could add would be hermit crabs, snails, and shrimp.
Just don't be too surprised if some become snacks for your fish.
You could add 20 red legged hermits, 20 snails, and 1 or 2 shrimp in addition to the fish.
The hermits and snails will act as your clean up crew and keep the glass and LR and sandbed clean for you.
