Ordering from online
Hi,
I am not going to mention the website I have placed an order with, but long story short I have ordered Mombo assassin bugs from them which on the website it stated that there were only 3 available at the moment so I ordered all 3. Next day I asked them on Facebook if white spot assassin bugs can co-exist with the Mombo, which they stated yes, so I placed an order for 2. So it is 5 total medium size assassin bugs, but I have asked them when the purchased items be shipped, and the reply was Monday - Wednesday to ensure delivery is within the same week which is understandable, but they waited until I asked to tell me that by the way, they are out of assassin bugs.
Even though they said that they'll give a partial refund and ship out the roaches that I have ordered, I just told them that I will take my business elsewhere where people know how to do proper inventory and know how to manage a website. Am I wrong for being upset and not being understanding? I mean refunds don't just happen right away and that is money that I could have spent buying from someone else.
