Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.
My female Texas rat snake has been trying to burrow into the bottom of her tank. She is about 2 and a half feet long in a 55 gallon long tank, so I don't think she's crowded. But it seems she has been trying to dig herself a hole. She has not been exposed to a male. Is this just normal brumation activities? I have a male in another cage and he hasn't been doing this at all.
