I think this was a scam. I reached out to this woman. She texted me. I sent her the money for it. And then she ghosted me. I haven’t heard from her, she hasn’t replied to any messages. I have also called her multiple times. The scammers are so bad right now. It’s so frustrating. If this was a scam and Helen is a real person, please contact me!!!!!!!!!! Its the season , scammers are on every reptile platform , am sorry it happened to you , hope you used a credit card and you can issue a claim and refund asap.
