Originally from the Annamite mountain range of Southeast Asia this is one of the rarest turtle species on Earth. This subspecies in particular.
Probably extinct or nearly extinct in the wild mainly due to habitat destruction in their native Vietnam and Laos.
Cyclornata is the largest of the Cuora complex, (females can reach over 11 inches).
This is a fantastic pair, that has been raised from a good friend since hatchlings, under the best possible care.
The male is the smaller one, 4", the female is the larger one 6". Will need another 2 years before reaching their full size and able to breed..
