Thank you all for your kind words. Really~ they helped a lot. I had let myself become very invested in him and now I miss him a lot. My family wants me to get another egg and try again~ and I'll admit I peeked at ebay to see (end of season~ no more $15 eggs now~ they are selling pretty high) but I just don't think it's the time for that. I miss him a lot~ but if we got another it wouldn't be him. We would know better what to expect~ it wouldn't be such an expierience as it was with him.

Maybe next year~ if the family still wants to then. Meanwhile~ I am seriously considering getting a puppy. So-chee needs a friend~ and I really love dogs. I guess thats part of what made this so hard~ he thought he was a dog.....and I kind of think I did too.
