As such, I strongly urge registrants to avoid using a VPN service to register, as they are often used by spammers and scammers, and as such will be blocked when discovered when auditing new registrations.
Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

3 cougar kittens
Recently 3 cougar kittens were found in our area. They were turned over to a organization called PAWS. The state F&G says they should be put to death because they cannot hunt or avoid human contact. Paws does not do long term animal care.
The Problem Is... These kittens MUST have a facility that can give them this care, if anyone knows of a zoo or a place that could take care of them long term please contact these websites

I passed the information on to some people who I know who have a small zoo. I'll be down their way Friday and will see what the status is then.

YAY!!!
As of the news Saturday night.... I guess enough concerned people contacted Paws... and because of that, the kittens are no longer in any danger of being killed. They are going to give them to a zoo somewhere in the U.S. that will take them 
Just an update....

We were just informed by PAWS... since there has been such a HUGE interest in the cubs across the U.S., they are assured us that they will be placed in a good home very soon!

NEW HOME!
Just found out tonight,
The three cougar kittens have been adopted by the Memphis Zoo! They wanted all 3 to keep them together... so Elvis made a movie in Seattle... now Memphis has 3 cougar kittens from here..
Names? I would at least name one "Rainier" for the mountain that can be seen from Seattle. (Plus the beer was produced here!) "Oly", for the second, (for the Olympic mountains), and "Cassie" for our Cascade mountain range.
Anyone have any ideas for good names?
