Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

"Buckwheat" is a 26 year old male Weeper Capuchin. He was neutered and he had his canine teeth removed when he was a baby. He was treated like a human child: he wore diapers, baby clothing and he even went everywhere his owners went. Once he bacame mature, he was placed in a small cage in their kitchen, where he has been for the past 16 years! He was never let out again to experience the wonderful things he had been used to for the first 10 years of his life. His owners decided to give him to us and we will attempt to find him a permanent home at a zoo. Buckwheat is extremely smart, loves to be pet, will give me his dirty dishes if I ask him to, etc. We are only asking $2900, which is probably the cheapest price you will ever find a capuchin for! The most important thing is that he gets a good home with a large cage. We are about 15 minutes from the Detroit Metropolitan Airport.
