heating dubia colony in lower temps

best way to heat dubia colony in a room that temp stays around 60f ? thanks for any info

I use a heat pad, designed to stick to the bottom of an aquarium, under the roach container and leave an old tablecloth draped over the top to reduce drafts and trap heat over the top.

i used a zoomed uth for a 40 gallon tank. the temps are only reaching around 80 and thats in 70f room. i got them in a 30 gallon tote.
