Question genes, how do I understand what I'm reading?

I'm looking for information regarding what the following terms describe:
50%-100% het.
simple recessive trait
proven co-dormait
ex. 1.0.0 2.0
etc.
this might be to much to explain to someone, but if someone knows where I can find this info it would be helpful.
