I can't bump adds?

My ability to bump adds has disappeared but my contributor subscription is up to date? Every time I attempt a bump it says that I have to be a contributing member...

It doesn't appear that your Contributor subscription is up to date. When was it that you paid or going to expire? Check your emails and spam folder for expiring notice.

It's possible that the link between PayPal and this site has failed and your account here was never updated with the payment. It's happened a few times here and there, meaning I have had to update accounts manually.

I've looked through my PayPal account and don't see any payment from you since September 1, so let me know if there has actually been a PayPal payment and I'll take care of it for you.

I see a payment made for "coldbloodedcarnival" and there is also a corresponding record received by this site for your account. But for some reason you account just was never updated to reflect the payment.

This crap is going to drive me to drink......

Sheesh, I scanned through the log just from 09-12 to present and see several instances of payments being processed but the accounts not being updated....

Now what?

I guess I have to go through and check them all manually until the chronological beginning of the problem is reached or else I go running off into the woods screaming.
