Having good moments and bad. Cannot do much which is as hard on body as is doing too much. Pain is controlled but there. Waking up 10 times a night is draining. Good thing is I'm off diuretics and potassium. I just keep telling myself I'm only 11 days out of surgery. Have a home nurse visit and home physical therapy this week and meet with surgeon Friday. I can now mini cough without seeing my life flash before my eyes, lol.

Good to see that you are doing about as good as can be expected.

And yeah, don't sneeze! That would scare me to death in your shoes.

Finally 2 days of decent sleep. Sunday into Monday I mostly slept with periodic pain and was usually able to adjust and go back to sleep. I woke up maybe 5 times. Each time I would sit up for 5 min's or so to allow pressure points to fade.

Last night I woke up maybe 3 times and only needed to sit up once for a few min's. Probably best sleep yet since surgery.

3 Days ago I was so foggy brained and exhausted I was getting depressed. Some new exercises and managing pain pills differently paying off so far.
