found black salamanders with yellow spots any idea what they are

When trying to identify reptiles and amphibians, knowing the location at which they were found helps considerably.
Those appear to be slimy salamanders. There are about a dozen species, and they are similar in appearance. The easiest way to distinguish them from photos is by knowing the location.

they were found in mississippi under some leaves

Mississippi slimy salamanders Plethodon mississippi.
