Possible solution for eggbound beardie

A local pet store has told me my dragon is egg bound. He said to put damp topsoil in enclosure in hopes she would pass them. Besides costly vet bills any other solutions to help out my girl!!!!!!!!!!!

Does the petstore specialize in reptiles, or did you take him to petco or something? I know this isn't what you want to hear, but i would reccomend taking the dragon to a herp vet, the vet knows best, and he should have the final word over a petstore. Your dragons life may depend on it

If she is truly eggbound, putting damp soil in her enclosure probably isn't going to make a difference, if she could lay them, she'd do it regardless of what medium was in there. I would really recommend taking her to a vet.
