Hello Logan,
Chameleons are very tricky to get started in a domestic/captive setting!
Your water fall at best will supply some humidity, cham's will not 95%
of the time drink from such a devise since in the wild they mostly drink while
licking leaves, branches, vines during or after rain or heavy A.M. dew/percipitation. Question: What kind of Chameleon are you getting??
This will certainly provide direction and clues as to maintenance/husbandry!
Buy a good book on Chameleon care there are several, there are also web sites dedicated to Chameleons go to Kingsnake.com then go to Chameleon related items, for sale, supplies, etc., etc. Here will you will find a plethora of information!! Mist, and drip your chameleon. I will drip my Mellers using an empty milk gallon jug with pin-holes to provide constant moving water drip and
15-20 minutes of water per each gallon full of water!! Are you getting a Veild Chameleon? Be sure to dust food items preferably with rep-cal and miner-all
this stuff works!! E-mail me, if I can help I will. I had no one to help me get
started years ago!
