As far as the late POS/breeding attempts, Jeff Ronne has produced a litter of boas every month of the year except for October if I remember correctly. I have seen very late attempts with success, but it depends on your geographic location, temps, feeding, lighting etc. Right now, I thought I had a female that was gravid, but she tricked me, then another female just had a shed last week and she has now been sitting in that "heat conservation position". She never lays in this manner, which tells me maybe she finally took. I haven't had any males courting for at least a few months, but she could have retained it for a late ovulation, I guess we shall see. As far her shedding so close together, not sure if that technically means anything towards and ovulation or not. I have had males/females, shed within 30 days of there last shed and never though much of it.
