Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

Do skinks like to climb?
Hello.I was planning on building a wooden enclosure with chicken wire on the sides.I watned to make this more high than short and wanted t o know if the skinks would climb on it if i supplied boards or articicial vines.If you could let me know id appreciate it.Thanks a lot.

Are you still asking about BTS's?
If so, I wouldn't use the chicken wire because they might injure their noses or feet by pushing against the wire. I would have solid sides.
As for climbing, no I don't believe they climb. I do have a half log that they do climb on but it's only 3" off the ground. They are like sausages with tiny little legs and feet, not made for climbing.
They need more floor space than height. Mine are all between 15 and 18" long.

i am now getting pretty interested in sand fish skinks.Are these relaivly the same as blue tonged?If anybody knows some contrasts or similarties please contact me.Thank you.
