This is a very beautiful, well started pair of 2020 CB O. p. pulchra.that we are making available. They are currently eating prekilled and frozen thawed pinky mice once every 5-7 days. Oreocryptophis (Bamboo rat snakes) are a stunning genus of rat snake from Southern China. They typically top out at just under 2' long and they prefer temps in the mid 70's *F. They are a more shy species and they prefer to stay hidden under the substrate/moss. They are squirmy when being handled and if restrained too much, they will bite defensively. But they are not ones to bite for no reason. This pair would make an awesome pet project or great future breeding project.
