shipping question - a technicality

I posted this in the venomous forum, but decided to post it here as well because it is probably frequented by a larger number of people, and I am interested in the input:
This post is prompted by an ad I saw a few minutes ago. I have not dealt with hots in some time, and was curious what the "current" theory and practice is regarding shipping rear fanged snakes. While there are some that are essentially harmless (ie hognose snakes), there are others that are widely accepted as venomous...I know hognose snakes are frequently shipped via normal carriers, but what about the others? Would a boomslang be shipped via overnight carrier, or would Delta be legitimate option? What about a mangrove snake? If some opistoglyphs are restricted to "venomous rules", where is the line drawn? (the last time I had a "non hognose" rearfanged snake shipped, it was under venomous rules...but it was long enough ago that I don't remember if there were other hots in the box)

Comments and discussion would be much appreciated
