a comparison shot

These guys were from the same clutch...and I kept them both because of their extremes. On the left is my former failure to thrive, now doing quite well (though still a bit smaller), and looking as dark as ever. On the right is the the lightest of the litter, with his very distinct bands. (He is a perfect mate for my 05 'Hamper' female - she is every bit as light as when I bought her, and she will be more than ready when this guy comes of age)

Looking.. I am having a good start for the breeding season, all of my pairs are locking up as we speak.. Good luck to all this year, i hope we all have a good breeding year.. Mike
