Question Creating triple & quad co-doms?

So I'm reading along and wondering how in the hell do you create triple gene combos or even the mysterious quad co-dom's without a incomplete dominate, recessive, or dominate? Am I missing something here. can anyone fill me on this ?

Here's an example:

black pastel yellowbelly male X pastel pinstripe female

You would have a 1 in 16 chance per egg of making the quad morph

and no supers HERE IS an example:

Enchi X Black-Pastel X LESSER combo
Enchi/Black Pastel (m) to Lesser (f)

I guess my question is can you really hit on the odds of a Enchi/Black Pastel to a Lesser and create an Enchi X Black Pastel X Lesser ? without involving any super forms !
