Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

Info About Bearded Dragon Food
Hello, I have Read around and been told by People who have had bearded Dragons.. One had one And it was only Feed Pinkies and Moths.. and it Never had "greens or Fruit. And they said it was fine and got huge ... Then I have seen/Read others saying about crickets/pinkies/cockroach's/ greens/fruits.. I just want to know others thoughts about it.. Cause When comes to the greens and fruits.. how the economy is it can get expensive and most of the time the stuff goes bad quick.

Here is all the info you need on feeding beardies. Personally, I would skip the section on commercial diets. Live, appropriately-sized insects and fresh vegetables & fruit is better. http://www.bearded-dragon-food.com/

Breaks down food items into staple, sometimes, rarely, never.
I agree with Lizzy, don't bother with the commercial diets. Fresh veggies/fruit and live feeders (supplemented with calcium & vitamins) are the best route for dragons.
