Live arrival is guaranteed unless caused by carrier delays or mishandling. All animals are shipped in insulated boxes containing heat packs or cool packs, if necessary, to appropriately fit the welfare of the reptile in transit. Temperatures must be between 40F and 90F during entire transit.
