She's roughly an '02. She was a classroom animal that got too big, and I took her in a trade a while back. She eats REALLY big rats, or sm/med rabbits, or chicken legs.

Chicken legs? You mean the skinny legs of the hooker down the street, right?
Old 11-18-2010, 07:04 PM   #25
Nah, I mean those big fat ones intended for frying.

That was abig freaking chicken.

Mine is Kora I got her as a baby in 07 first snake I ever kept. Shes about 6- 6 1/2 ft and I could barely guess her weight to u. She has this nice orange pattern that looks like someone did a water color painting on her belly. Shes technically a normal but with how she looked as a baby Id say there is nuthin normal about her!

She looks gorgeous! And hungry lol

Actually she just ate a guinea pig a few days before that pic. Thats why she looks all round and fat. But ive let her get empty and she still has the nice square body a boa should have. I thought for a moment there I was over doing it and would have to put her on a diet. If she does prove out to be nuthin more than a normal, then shes the prettiest dam one Ive seen!

I agree! You can always try chicken lol actually if Rich ever gets back on here, I wanna know the reasoning behind it. Snack? Or just a varying diet? I asked about switching my boas diet around. Birds are natural prey in the wild, so I don't see why it would be bad. Now my curiosity feelers are running rampant! Damn it, I'm a Leo, Rich! I'm a big ass curious kitty! LOL
