willy @ mr. bigzsnakes

hi everyone. i was wondering if somoene could help me. 10 days ago i sent willy @ mr. bigsnakes money for a western gab with the shipping. turns out he cant ship the snake and he says he will retuen my money. i waited all week and got no repsnse form him. i have sent numerous emails, and i have left messages at his house. i dont want to put his name on the boi and call him a bad guy and hurt his reputation, im simply looking for advice as to how i can get my money. i knwo that he is avoiding me, which is a bummer, because he was the nicest person on the phone to talk to. i knwo he is around because i have spkon with his wife on the phone. i have proof that i sent him the money through my paypal, but i dont know where to go from here! if someone could pleae help me i would really appreciate it. i hope this is the right place to post this thread. i thought the boi was not the right place for this. thanks in advance, karl
